Items bought off this website not noted in the description as a "consignment" item, or that have damage noted in the description, may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. We will not accept any returns after that 30 day mark.

Items bought off this website marked as "consignment" in the description, must be returned to us, as shipped, within 7 Business Days of the delivery date and we must be notified of the wish to return the item within 3 Days of the delivery date. Contact our support ahead of time if you are uncertain about an item in this category. We will be happy to provide you with more information or pictures of the item.

If for any reason you feel the item was not as described, contact our support immediately to discuss your concern. If you wish to return the item after contacting support, you may do so as long as it is within the terms of the return policy.

If you receive an item damaged by the shipper (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), we ask that you take good photos of the package and the damaged item and send them to our email. At that point, we will work to partially or fully refund the item based on the damage.

* Orders over $1,000 will automatically be shipped insured via FedEx or UPS and may have Pre-Set shipping costs.
** If items marked as consignment in the description arrive damaged during transit, we need to be notified within 3 days by email and items need to be returned within 7 business days of the delivery date. Non-Consignment items need to be returned within 30 days.

If a package is marked "Delivered" on the carrier's website, but the package is nowhere to be found, you must contact the carrier to confirm that it has been delivered. If the carrier indicates it was delivered, you must then file a police report with your local police department for a stolen package. Be sure to contact us and keep us informed if this becomes an issue.
If a package is marked "Lost" or has not updated in over a week, contact the carrier, as well as us, to discuss where the package may be and what the next steps should be.
* We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after a carrier's origin scan. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund once the item leaves our possession.
